Oh, I love drive thru’s! Getting a quick caffeine fix, without leaving my car, is great. What I don’t like is when I miss a tight turn driving to the drive-up window and scratch my car against a bollard post. I know, I know, the bollards are there to protect buildings and structures from people that miss those narrow turns. But, they aren’t doing anything for my cars paint job!
One way proprietors of drive thru’s (or any structure, for that matter) can help protect customer vehicles and structures from expensive damage is by installing Bollard Post Covers. These protective sleeves easily fit over existing posts. They are made using a flexible 1/8" thick High Density Polyethylene that is designed to absorb impact. In addition to protecting vehicles and structures, they save time and costs by eliminating scraping those rusty posts and constant repainting of the posts. Custom colors, symbols, and company logos are available for those interested in additional branding of the location.

So it seems that either I need to improve my driving skills or look for the drive thru’s that are using Bollard Post Covers… Either way, Bollard Post Covers offer maintenance-free bollard protection. And protecting both vehicles and structures from expensive damage makes everyone happy!
