Custom Gate Arm Padding and Gate Arm Padding PLUS+

Custom Gate Arm Padding is a cushioned sleeve that helps protect vehicles and pedestrians from contact with a moving gate arm. Our gate arms can be customized in a variety of ways to meet your needs. This customization allows you to coordinate with existing structures and can include branding. Options include a variety of fabric colors, striping and lettering. The padded sleeve slides right over your existing gate arm. We can customize for straight gate arms and folding / articulating gate arms.  

Gate Arm Padding PLUS + offers the same protection as the Custom Gate Arm Padding in that it is a cushioned sleeve that helps protect vehicles and pedestrians from contact with a moving gate arm. It has the added benefit of providing ADVERTISING opportunities for you! Use Gate Arm Padding Plus+ to create brand awareness of the parking facility, promote special events in the area, or even rent out the space to other businesses for extra revenue! A clear vinyl sleeve is sewn into the front of the cushion and allows you to change your message. The clear vinyl fits a 3" X 36" Coroplast sign. Signs also available. 
 
The cover material of these pads is a 10 ounce nylon fabric. This material is rip-stop, waterproof, mold/mildew proof, durable and fade resistant. The inner foam core is made from 3/8” thick loose cell foam. Made in the USA!​

Standard Colors - Red, Yellow, Black, White, Blue, Forest Green

UV Protection – All standard colors include UV Protection 

Stripe Colors - Reflective Silver, Reflective Red or None

Lettering – Letters are available in 2” and 3” sizes.  Please specify vinyl or reflective vinyl letters. Some colors do not come in reflective vinyl.

Graphics – Graphics and logos can be added to the gate arm. Please provide image in .eps format with your quote request. When applicable, a mock-up example of your graphic/logo will be provided. 

Advertising Sleeve – A clear vinyl sleeve can be sewn into the pads (front or back or both) and allows you to change your message for special events, advertising opportunities, or even advertising revenue. Standard size for the clear vinyl is 3" X 36".  Other sizes upon request. 

Coroplast Sign – Sign inserts can be ordered and customized to meet your needs. Please provide wording and/or image in .eps format with your quote request. When applicable, a mock-up example of your graphic/logo will be provided.

Folding / Articulating Arms – This padding is made in 2 pieces; the padding is not connected because you can’t cover the bending mechanism. The inner arm cover is like a column cover, it wraps around the gate arm and Velcro seals on the top. The outer arm is a normal cover that slips over the gate arm.
